The challenge

Nissi’s is not marketing one static offer. The lineup changes every week, and guests may arrive looking for a particular artist, dinner plans, a private-event space, or simply something to do. Event details need to stay aligned across the website, ticketing platform, email, and social while the internal team keeps the venue moving.

The approach

We treat the digital presence as a connected operating system. The website helps guests discover events and understand the venue, ticketing provides a clear purchase path, and recurring email and social formats turn a changing calendar into consistent weekly promotion.

What we worked on.

Each part supported the same goal: make it easier for the right customer or guest to understand the offer and take the next step.

Website and event discovery

Organized the public experience around upcoming shows, useful event detail, dining, and private-event information.

Ticketing support

Connected event promotion to the appropriate purchase path so guests can move from interest to tickets with less friction.

Weekly audience campaigns

Created repeatable email and social formats that keep the lineup visible without making every week a brand-new campaign build.

What changed.
